FLT/.WX path not complete and file load taking FOREVER.

Greetings,I'm trying to set the path for weather, and the outcome is only "Z:\Document and". It should be "Z:\Documents and Settings\Matthew\My Documents\Flight Simulator Files"The second issue is when I click "FS200x Flight Plan (*.pln)" it takes FOREVER to bring up a dialog box. The reason is the last time I opened a file was from a UNC. That UNC no longer exists. Any way to clear the last used file in a setting anywhere?Thanks a bunch.-Matt

For issue 2 first make a safe copy of rcv3.dat, then open it in notepad. The fields and blanks between commas and trailing blanks must all be preserved. Just drag over the contents of the first two fields deleting the visible characters (preserve commas) and then do the same for the whole path of the last .pln character set and then save the file.I tried this and RC started OK and loaded a .pln.See if you can now set your flt/wxr path. It might be possible the full field will not be shown but try with that name field open hitting the home and end key or just home and the scroll through it with the right arrow to see if the full path is there.In addition, you will be asked for the full path to FS each time you run the scenery rebuild. I put mine in a saved Notepad document with a shortcut to it on my desktop. When asked for the FS path each time I just open the document and copy the path and then paste in in the dialog box.

you could wait until the dialog box eventually does appear, and then enter the correct path to a flight plan. once you do, the new "most recent path" will be remembered for the next timejd
