February 9, 201115 yr Morning All, My JS41 fuel gauges show a distinct lack of fuel despite my required load showing in the FMC - as a result, my engines won't fire up :( would any one have any solutions to my predicament, Many thanks for any answers, Frederico
February 9, 201115 yr Your required load is how much you need for your plan, the fuel guages show how much is in the tanks. There is no connection between them. Unless you load the fuel into the tanks, the guages wont change. Paul Smith.

I thought it was automatic through the load sheet, would it be from FSX itself as there is no load manager for the JS41 ( so many aircraft - so many different ways !), Cheers, Frederico
February 10, 201115 yr I see also that I have 2254 LBS of fuel of fuel showing in the EIS ( I'm using the tutorial KHPN - KIAD if this helps ? )
February 10, 201115 yr Sorry yes, it is a little confusing. The load sheet adjusts the payload but you must use the Aircraft>Fuel & Payload>Change Fuel menu to adjust the fuel quantities. IIRC, the tanks are about half full by default when you load the JS41. Paul Smith.

August 15, 201114 yr Hi, Sorry to open up an old thread, however I have a question in a similar topic. You say that the in-cockpit load sheet does the payload. Does this mean that I actually don't have to edit the payload in FSX Fuel&Payload option? So if I'm understanding correctly, I set the quantity of passengers/cargo from the load sheet, and set the fuel from the FSX menu, and this will alter the aircraft's weights correctly? Many thanks, James James W
August 15, 201114 yr Also after entering the fuel required in the FSX fuel load, enter that entry in the JS4100 load sheet as well to get your aircraft weights. Trevor Golding
