February 17, 201115 yr The PMDG forum is probobly not the best place for this. The FSX forum would be more appropriate. But your question, no. FSX operates with a full day / night cycle along with a spherical Earth, which is new (FSX or FS9). This also means that as you travel horizontally along the Earth, your relative time of day changes. It is, as far as I know, not possible to freeze time and continue flying. Eric Vander Pilot and Controller Boston Virtual ATC KATL - The plural form of cow. February 17, 201115 yr You have the option in FS to use system time or flight time. If you use flight time that time will be set when you load a saved flight.I sync that time with archived weather for the same I load into Active Sky so the solar and other time of day effects match the flight time for different parts of the world using Universal Time as the reference.
