SAITEK Pro-Flight Yoke Owners

Featured Replies

I've just purchased two new Saitek ProFlight Panels; the Switch-Panel and the Multi-Panel.I also bought a Pro-Flight Yoke & Throttle, but as an ex-display item (missing clamps and driver CD).The problem... Only the Switch Panel will work when plugged into the rear USB hub on the yoke.To get the Multi-Panel working, I have to plug directly into a PC USB port.I notice there's a 5volt power input socket on the yoke. Must I power this in order for both panels to work?My question... Should there have been a power supply with the yoke? Thanks

Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)

A power supply is needed if you want to use the yoke as a hub, it doesn't get enough power from the usb connection. A power supply is not included.

ThanksThe cheeky so & so's at Saitek don't appear to mention that anywhere in the info. Just that other Saitek items can be plugged in there.

Using it as a hub for two throttles without power supply, no problem. Got pedals plugged separately. Surprized they don't at least inform, that the panels should be plugged separately. Bjorn

Same with me. For some reason, at times one of the TQ's wouldn't function even though the green power light was on. Had to reboot the machine to get it to respond. But all has been OK for a while now, no problems. I don't know why that little problem occurred and why it went away.Jim D.
