JS41: Ramp manager windows is not active

HelloI have got today the JS41 from PMDG site.The issue I have is that any click on the ramp manager does not have any effect.I tried to find any relative info on the web without any success yetI am with windows7Thank you in advance for your supportPascal

Thanks Pete for your reply.Yes indeed, I used SHIFT 2 to make the ramp manager appearing but I can not click anything on it...Pascal

Did additional tests:Uninstalled and re installed the JS41.Tried the default Cessna pop up windows in VC: OK they are clickableTried again any JS41 VC pop up windows (SHIFT 2, 3, 4) : They are not clikable!!!What did I do wrong?thanks in adavnce for your helpPascal

Pascal,Doing a repair install of SP2 or Acceleration (whichever you have) usually fixes this. It's a problem with SimConnect.
