Worth it to upgrade GTX460 to 560ti?

Featured Replies

Based upon my system(See signature), would upgrading my video card to a 560 Ti Superclock be worthwhile? The purchase would be entirely based on Flight sim. Thanks in advance.

I tend to look at Texture Fill Rate and Memory Bandwidth specs for an estimateon how a video card performs in FSX..460/560: TFR 38/53, MBW 115/128So - Faster yes - much faster?I doubt it, but let us know your findings if you go ahead

I would say wait. With that card you should have good performance. Nvidia will be replacing the Fermi architecture this year.My 460 will be holding me over until that new architecture arrives.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll hold off for now. Will be very interesting to see if Microsoft Flight continues to be so heavily CPU focused in the future?
