March 24, 201115 yr Author So far, none of the tweaks in the fs9.cfg and terrain.cfg files have really done anything. That being said, I'm doing so many things at once, maybe I just haven't noticed. I downloaded the PMDG 1900D last night and took it for a spin from Colorado Springs to Denver at dusk and, man, the scenery looked great. My FPS was getting into the 60's!! It's cool seeing all the traffic flying around at night. Now I need a joystick b/c the keyboard ain't goin' to cut it.My only really complaint was the default Denver controller that cleared an aircraft to take off on the runway I was on short final for.:Loser:I'm very happy with FS9 - looks a lot better than I thought it would and I'll be installing Ult terrain and GE Pro this weekend. If FSX looks much better, then gees! Thanks to everyone who helped me set up FS9 - this is a great community of patient people who obviously love this hobby!:Applause:Now, what VA should I choose? ...... Just kidding; I'm not even going there.Todd Regards, Todd Harrell Computer: i7 3770k @ 4.6 GHz, 16 GB DDR3 RAM, GTX 1070 GPU, 750W PSU, 250 GB SSD (Win 7), 500 GB SSD (P3D), 2 x 1TB HDD, 28-inch Viewsonic 1080p monitor Sim: P3Dv3
