CA & FO switchology interference?

Featured Replies

As fs2crew uses some keystrokes from pmdg's ui do I potentioally interfere with FO by typing in FMC, changing views, clicking the buttons and switching keys (as per CA's flow) at the same time with the FO is switching his keys i.e. doing his switchology as required (and I see FO's mini-panel action is up in the bottom right)? Thanks,Dirk.

Hi Dirk,Generally it shouldn't... however note that if that the keypress FS2Crew sends to throw switches, etc., can be "intercepted" by having the FMC keyboard entry function active, or by having another window "in focus" that accept keyboard input.Changing views, etc., should not affect the keypresses. Note, however, if that the mini-panel is open, you should not change views while it is open or it may not automatically close.Best,Cheers,
