March 29, 201115 yr HiI wondered if anyone has experienced this at KABQ? Recently I flew into Albuquerque for the first time in about 9 months and found that this structure was sitting on the ramp where the terminal should be! It looks like a huge military hangar but I am not sure where it has come from (presumably another airport which I have added since I was last in KABQ)but I cannot identify which and reinstalling KABQ has not solved the problem. I am using the FRF version of KABQ by the way. Have had a similar problem with alien scenery at the end of the runway with KSEA in the past but resolved that problem, which was due to interaction with a scenery addon in Scandinavia! As I have added a lot of scenery in the last 9 months, I don't want to have to remove it all to find the source of the problem but I wondered if anyone has had anything similar or could recognise the hangar!ThanksBillWindows XP Pro SP2; Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3.0Ghz CPU; Arctic Cool 7Pro; ASUS P5N-E-SLI Motherboard;4GB Corsair 800Mhz DDR2 RAM; 768MB nVidia GeForce 8800GTX Dual VGA Graphics card;2x 500GB SATA 7200RPM Hard Drive; 650W (2 x 12V) PSU; 2 x 1000GB + 1 x 150GB Western Digital External Hard Drive; CH Pro Yoke and PedalsAll helping to power 292GB of fs9!

That's odd because the only Area 51 addon which I have is the Chinook and I didn't think any scenery came with that!! But it's a start if the hangars have been recognised and I will search the FS9 folder now for Area51 stuff!Bill
March 31, 201115 yr I could be wrong but I think Bob was speaking in jest.Of course you do not need to "remove" anything when trying to find the culprit scenery - just disable them (in the Scenery Library dialogue) and then enable them again until the problem reappears, Many of us have had to go through that process (when strange object appear at other airports) which is time consuming, but eventually the problem reappears and the culprit is found.Re-enabling in groups of 50% or so speeds up the process.Good luck and when you do find which scenery is the problematic one please let us know,

I think they came from a scenery addon for Groom Lake which I installed a long time ago and then forgot about it! Have disabled the files but it has made no difference - so perhaps he was speaking in jest! good one Bob!Will keep searching,Bill
