April 1, 201115 yr So I'm abit embarrassed to post this question as I've been simming for the better part of 14 years now, and I've never used trim control until now, and apparently it is needed for the 747-8i to lift off the runway... I found the nob below the engines in the default panel, I tried +4,+8/+10° and -4/-8/10° configurations with 10 or 20° flaps, no dice the plane won't budge off the runway...The plane looks marvelous and I'd love to be able to use it as an airbus (no pun intended) as opposed to a regular bus that runs into trees and what not. Thanks in advance :-) MSFS. April 2, 201115 yr I wonder how much rubber was left on the tarmac trying to drag a 400 tonne plane along the rwy with the parking brake on? LOL :( Matthew Bellette
