Probably the easiest way would be to buy the Ultimate Terrain USA or Canada package. It includes bridges as well as many other feature such as roads/freeways, railroads, water bodies, streams (dry and wet), accurate coastlines, landclass, and many more features.Inside the UI you can turn on or off the features you want based on your preference and performance level of your conputer. It's one of those addons that many of us from the FS9 and now FSX era consider a must have addon. Here's a few links to look at that explain the features in more detail.http://www.scenerysolutions.com/index.htmlhttp://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=utxusahttp://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=utxcanPlus, Flight1 offers a 30 day refund if your not satisfied.Your other option would be to use an object placer like Instant Scenery or the free one that is included in the FSX SDK and place the bridges yourself using the FSX library objects, but considering what Ultimate Terrain does and the areas that it covers, its probably the easiest and best bet considering all that it does to improve FSX.

I agree that UTX is the way to go. As you like flying in Ontario, you may also want to consider Flight Ontarios Landclass: http://www.flightont...fsx_listing.htm
Thanks for replies guys, will get them both,I also like to shoot IFR approaches in the big stuff, but sometimes its nice to go back to where I started flying,my first introductory flight was in a C-150 for $5 at King city, north of Toronto in 1970,an 1800 grass strip which was also a hellicopter training site, for Dominion Hellicopters, had to keep the circuits tight,& eyes open, so as not to drift into Toronts ATC.Then moved to Peterborough where i got my ppl in the the PA-28-140,they also had a PA -151 Warior EYL (same engine longer wing, huge cockpit & yoke?)(floated for ever in the flare) Regards BobGps just to make the youngs guys mad, lessons were $26/hr (redid my licence 5 yrs ago at Waterloo regional cost arround $6000,maybe they were the good old days??

ha , PPL in the UK = NO less than £10,000 ( approx £200 per hour, minimum flying time to be eligable for test entry 45 hours)+ fees, headset, books, computers ect...and that doesnt even allow you to leave UK airspaceAdd intstrument rating on top of that, and you got yourself a nice deposit for a morgage!! ( a home )PPL in the UK??...PURE daylight robbery. :(

Yes ,as my wife often reminds me it is an expensive hobby, remember I was talking 1970,thats just after Columbus came over,& what I did 5 yrs ago was only a revamp to get current ,I think arround 45 hrs is the same here, but you would have to ask someone starting from scratch to get a real comparrison for todays rates,we do have pretty much all of the american continant,so have a lot more VFR freedom,am from UK myself but that was 45 yrs ago, what do you need to fly Europe? According to the NPPL web site:CAA-issued JAR-FCL Pilot Licence (Aeroplanes) or UK PPL (A) to NPPL (SSEA)The holder of a valid CAA-issued JAR-FCL Pilot Licence (Aeroplanes) or UK PPL (A) with SEP class rating who wishes to obtain a NPPL (SSEA) shall:a. Produce the CAA-issued JAR-FCL Pilot Licence (Aeroplanes) or UK PPL (A);b. Hold a valid NPPL Medical Declaration or JAA Class 1 or 2 medical certificate.and pay the sum of £137 for the licence and SSEA rating. You then have a non-expiring licence with more straightforward revalidation requirements. When your JAA medical expires you can then choose to obtain a medical certificate from your GP if you no longer wish to fly to France.Ironically if you have a microlight rating (which can also be transferred to the NPPL and included within the £137) you can fly a microlight pretty much anywhere in Europe as there are reciprocal agreements with most countries. How on earth did the CAA ever allow this mess to develop!P.s i just checked the rates again at my local flying centre...its gone up, again, to £237 an hour...pfff!, wont be seeing me any time soon LOL.gif
