April 25, 201115 yr Hello everyone,I downloaded and installed the KLM Cityhopper WoAI package. I then noticed that it is not up to date anymore, so I attempted to fix this using TTools. First I decompiled the .bgl, which gave me a sort of a list: AC#1000,200,"WoA_AIA_EMB_190_KLC-KLM Cityhopper"AC#1001,200,"WoA_AIA_F_100_KLC-KLM Cityhopper NC PH-OFA"AC#1002,200,"WoA_AIA_F_100_KLC-KLM Cityhopper NC PH-OFF"AC#1003,200,"WoA_AIA_F_100_KLC-KLM Cityhopper NC PH-OFO"AC#1004,200,"WoA_AIA_F_100_KLC-KLM Cityhopper OC PH-OFE"AC#1005,200,"WoA_AIA_F_100_KLC-KLM Cityhopper OC PH-OFH"AC#1006,200,"WoA_AIA_F_70_KLC-KLM Cityhopper NC"AC#1007,200,"WoA_AIA_F_70_KLC-KLM Cityhopper OC"AC#1008,200,"WoA_PAI_F50_KLC-KLM Cityhopper" For example, I wanted to replace all flights operated by the Fokker 100 with the Embraer 190. So, I entered the first line ("WoA_AIA_EMB_190_KLC-KLM Cityhopper") in the 5 following ones, hoping that my plan would work out. Unfortunately, it didn't. Does anybody know why this and how I could achieve what I want? Thanks in advance!
April 25, 201115 yr Have you read the readme.htm file which comes with TTools? It explains all in there and it is much easier than having part of it repeated here. There is quite a bit to learn but altering/making traffic files is so much easier afterwards.Colin B
April 25, 201115 yr Author No, not yet, because I used the TTools application that came with the WoAI installer (no read me there). Thank you, I will download the real TTools and refer to the read me. :(
April 25, 201115 yr Recommend using either AI Traffic Mover or AI Flight Planner for this. For FS9, I find AITM to be the most useful.scott s..
April 25, 201115 yr The short answer is you did it correctly. Did you recompile the files? Is that resulting BGL file in an active scenery layer? Did you remove the original BGL file, if it still remains behind? Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page
April 25, 201115 yr Author The short answer is you did it correctly. Did you recompile the files? Is that resulting BGL file in an active scenery layer? Did you remove the original BGL file, if it still remains behind?Correctly, yes, but not completely. The only issue was that I only edited the aircraft.txt, not the flightplan.txt. The tool Scott recommended did that for me, so it works now exactly as I imagined it to work. Thank you very much, everyone, for your help! :(
