Hi everyone,I've owned the pilot edition Dash 8-300 by Majestic Software for many years used in FS9. In the past, I've had to reformat a drive, or do a complete sytem rebuild. When I did this, the product requires a new key. The folks at Majestic have always been very promt, usually within a day I would have a frindly email and a new key. Well this time I emailed them early yesterday, posted in the forums there, and have not heard a peep. I am not bashing them in any way, I am just concerned that something isn't right. They always have responded like I said in the past. Has anyone experienced this with them? I see activity there as they posted pics for the Dash 8-400 in development recently. I know I can use my J41 as that is light years ahead with technology of today, but I really miss the Dash 8 and am frustrated that all I can do is email and wait. I wanted to see how she does in FSX now that it is updated. I really like this developer, but if they are on vacation, or away for more than just a few days, they should at least put a post on their site notifying the community of this so new or exsisting paying customers don't get the wrong immpression. They are for sure active, and very much so. They are currently doing a Dash 8-400 for FSX, and they contracted Samdim to do the visuals. On Samdim's site you can see preview shots of it and it looks very good! It's weird that they didn't respond to you, but I guess it's nothing. I'm not sure they will ever update the 300 to work in FSX, either. when they do so, they might make a completely new plane out of it.

Which will be released first? The PMDG 737NG, LevelD 757 or the Majestic Q400? That is the question.

Just to update, they did reply to me with my new key. I jumped the gun as usual. I can't wait for the 400 as well. The 300 is supposed to work in FSX with the updates I believe. Anyway, have a good day everyone. Warm regards, Jeff

The 300 works fine under FSX, and it's great addon. Be aware however that the VC graphics are very dated. The developers have mentioned the possibility of a VC upgrade for the 300 after the 400 is out...I hope so.
