You could have a simply registry problem.Try running the Flight1 Registry Repair Tool from here:http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=libraryAlso ensure you install any updates from the FS2Crew Downloads page. Also ensure the host aircraft is installed properly.Cheers,

Hi BryanI am usuing the WILCO 737. The 300-400 and 500 models.

Hi Bryan, with version '1.1' of the FS2Crew VC for the Wilco 737 didn't you change the procedure so that you no longer need to activate this update and can infact delete the configuration panel?Regards Dave

No Bryan. I downloaded the repair file for FSX, but when it asks me what file I need to repair, I dont know where to look. I tried Microsoft FSX in programmes, but that didnt show any file?Dave, my instructions were to quote a 12 digit number, which I was given, but it dosnt work, as I keep getting the error message

Bryan will correct me mate, but I don't think you need to activate at all. Once the SP1 has been installed I think you are all set to fly except for the usual configuration requirements.Regards Dave

Dave,That's correct. With the old PMDG 737 (FS9) Wilco and Default 737, once you install SP1, you don't need to 'activate' the product any more.Cheers,

Well, I only downloaded this product yesterday, followed the correct installation process, but it is still asking me to input the 12 digit number I was given with the product, and then it comes up with the error messageblush.gifblush.gifblush.gifblush.gif, so I still cant use itwacko.gifwacko.gifwacko.gifwacko.gif

Please forward me a copy of your, presumably, Aerosoft sales receipt and create an account on the FS2Crew website.Once I can verify the receipt, I'll add the product to your FS2Crew account. Thanks,
