Voice problem

I load up FSX and start the 45 min rundown. I speak the commands but don't hear anything back. The fuel sheet arrives and PCS sheet arrives. I still hear nothing but when I pause the game all the replies play. Like the Fuel sheet replied back with here is your fuel sheet. I said before start checklist and nothing was said. I hit pause and the FO started calling out the checklist. I haven't had a problem with this until now. Any reason why the messges are coming back only when the game is paused? I also push the ground request on the overhead panel and from the drop down menu and nothing happens

If you haven't had problems until now...1. It's a one off thing.or:2. What did you install on your system between the time it worked and the time it stopped working?Cheers,
