June 24, 201114 yr Trying to order from the shop with no luck. Is the shop having problems?Also, asked for my old account PSWRD to be sent and got no email (not in junk either, even on webmail). Had to open a new account, the shop will not accept my new account details unless I click on the link provided via the email, it is the only way I can log in.Even when I can log in, I can't get past the confirm order section......Any ideas? June 25, 201114 yr The weird thing that happened to me was I was able to purchase the NGX manuals, bit not the J41. I'm guessing the J41 was showing up in my browser (s) as there old shop. My hair has only just grown back
