July 2, 201114 yr The ACARS gauge from FS Flight Keeper can read the weather directly from ASX ASE, so you can get the weather for an airport on the other side of the planet if you wish, it even works with the historical weather too. Cheers, Andy.
July 2, 201114 yr Same here. I find that gauge to be quite the helpful tool when getting weather, and weather summeries for my route. Helps when it comes to knowing what to expect, fill out winds aloft for each leg, average winds and temp deviations. Really quite the helpful tool.Just to clarify, does this mean it provides winds aloft for any given position? Like when I have a flight plan does it give the winds for every waypoint or how does it work?

Yes.You can load your flight plan into FS Flight Keeper, and then when you access the weather page you can see winds aloft for each waypoint in the flight plan.
