Reality Xp Jetline2, FS9 and windows 7

Featured Replies

Hi all, I had to re-install windows 7 the other day. FS9, with all add-ons (including the reality XP Jetline2 that I used with my PMDG B1900D) worked flawlessly prior to the re-install. I've re-installed FS9, and everything works as before with the exception of the Jetline2 package. I installed it using the installer as before, but for some strange reason, the gauge package isn't working (not even with the default King Air 350). I've tried everything I can think of, including re-installing again, but it still doesn't work. The outline of the gauges show up on the king air panel (and the B1900d for that matter), but the screen is frozen with the initial Reality Xp stuff that shows up when the gauges are first initialized. The RTU screen is completely dark. I've checked the configuration files (matter of fact, I ported everything over from my initial install) and everything there seems to be in order. Can someone please assist with this issue. Thanks.J.C. (MYNN)

Make sure that you re-install with the original Flight1 wrapper (red airplane icon) - your description evidences the symptoms of a license issue.DJ

Thanks, will try your suggestion laterJ.C. (MYNN)

For Win 7 when running the wrapper and successive install .exe files be your to right click on them and select run as admin. You can also run the wrapper as a repair using the requested information and generate a new license key.
