Does the JS41 have weather radar?

Featured Replies

I am considering buying the JS41. It looks great but I have one question, from looking at the screenshots and videos. does this plane come with weather radar? I have seen many cockpit shots where the unit is turned off but saw a coup[le were it looked like it had weather radar installed.

In default PMDG J41 no include weather radar(ALL PMDG bird has). But can install other 3rd weather radar like RealityXP.

Thanks for the info

Hmm... which weather radar can I install in my JS41 (FSX, Vista 64, ASE, FSUIPC [unregistered])?Ps. I see that Wx500 (RealityXP) also works with FSX, but maybe is there a freeware soft like this?Ps2. Is RealityXP compatible with ASE?Lucas

Ps: UnlikelyPs2: Any "weather radar" is going to work with ASE.You may want to look into ASE's documentation. It comes with its own "weather radar" called XGauge.

I have the Captian Sim weather radar screen where the radar goes. Just the screen, not the controls. PMDG was kind enough to leave this as a hole in the VC so that custom gauges could be put in. I have to control it through a popup window, but it looks like it belongs.
