I am running with 2 GB DDR2 @667, will 3 GB make a difference ?Specs :Intel E5700 3.0 Ghz2GB DDR2 667HD 5450 1GBWin 7 64 bit.320 GB 160 GB (FSX& FS9 installed on this)

No, cause this CPU has only dual channel support, so it won´t use 3 GB correctly. Better you get 4 or stick with the 2.

Best regards, Steffen

With Win7 x64 you'd be better off with 6Gb... note that it will not make a significant difference in FSX or FS9 unless you have service pack2 or acceleration and have patched fs9 up to make it 'largeaddressaware'DJ

I am running FSX on 2GB with Bojotes tweaks and it's cool. I did install Acceleration but it killed my FPS, so now have SP1 & SP2.

IronMThis is not strictly correct - you have a processor that only supports dual channel RAM and the best configurations would be 2 x 4GB 2 x 2GB, 2 x 1GB, and/or 4 x 1GB etc. with 6GB you could only install it as 2 x 2GB plus 2 x 1GB and IMHO that would give an unbalanced system. Usually the best results with dual channel RAM are seen when they occupy the first two default RAM slots with identical matched RAM (when all RAM slots are occupied there is some cpu impact over just having 2 filled - maybe not significant.FSX is quite happy 32/64-bit with 4GB RAM.RegardsPeterH
