Hey Gary,Why on earth would anybody want to buy the beta of CFS3 when the CFS4 beta was freely distributed to everyone? (You did pick up your copy at Walmart, didn't you?) :-lolhttp://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3da413c35e04e16c.jpgRegards,Steve Dra

Is selling betas illegal?

"NOT AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC"Yup, he said it all! :-lolI wonder if BGates will be a bidder?

I would think it is absolutely illegal. In order to become a beta tester for almost any group/corporation, one must sign a NDA, (Non-Disclosure Agreement), which states that you can not release anything about the product unless authorized to do so. To make available a beta copy of the software would be in violation of that NDA. I hope that Microsoft is aware of this individual and takes whatever action is deemed appropriate and legal.Darrell

I think the idiots need to stop populating...I hope the eBay 'spotters' see this one and take it down real soon...However, anyone stupid enough to go for it is gettign a very good deal... CFS3 beta for more than 60% of...doesn't look like there are too many bidders...
