July 22, 201114 yr With TrackIR you cannot actually walk around, but only move your head around a central position and within a somehow limited distance. EZDOK doesn't have this kind of restriction.The main difference though is that the former keeps your hands free while the latter works with keypresses... July 22, 201114 yr It really is a nice job , fantastic , but it seems to me that with ezdok you can do the same as with track ir , the only difference is that you have to use buttons with ezdok and use the movenment of your head to control track ir or am i thinking completely wrong ?Can someone help me with this because i don't know wich to buy or wich is the best ?Thanks in advance ,Best regards ,GérardHi there,Well as far as I am aware - Ezdok is very similar to the old Active Camera program for fs9, it adds moveability i.e. walk arounds etc to the sim, as well as head latency effects (camera shake on the ground and in turbulence etc) and some unique programable camera angles, I think there were over 200 of them actually.Track IR 5 works by tracking your head movement so that how you turn/tilt/lean your head is mirrored onto the sim, this is done using software and hardware to track you actual head movement.As far as I know the two can work together very well, but since I am currently without a Simming Rig I'll leave that to someone else to confirm.Hope that clears it up a bit?
