July 23, 201114 yr I have created an account on the PMDG website and im trying to download, but the website seems to be having a fit. When i go to checkout and tick the agree terms box and continue it reloads the page.......thanksalan
July 23, 201114 yr They had previously mentioned that they were going to have their servers down for some time Friday and Saturday and that it would affect E-Commerce. I don't see that post any more but I imagine that is the source of your problems.Best regards,Ian.

If so, please try other browser, PMDG's store has some issues with IE, Chrome works perfect for me.Regards,

Robert has already reported this in that thread he opened. He locked and unpinned that one. So, that is NOT the source of his problem. It's most likely a browser issue, as Grzegors said.
