RXP WAAS 430/530 Crashing 210

Featured Replies

Hi All,I have the T210 with latest service pack. All was was working fine with until I installed service pack. Then shortly AFTER turning on RXP GPS, FSX locks up and crashes with every Carenado T210 load. I have no clue what is going on. Other planes work fine, with no crashes. However, there is a very weird RXP WAAS messaage "Not recieving input data on 232 Channel #4". The same message is on the Real Air Duke Turbine with RXP 430/530.Anyway, Carendo T210 is completely unflyable at this point due to the crashes when RXP GPS get turned on. They go through the self test's etc. then load up the screen, shortly after FSX locks up or crashes. No crashed or luck ups when RXP GPS's not turned on in the Carendo T210.Any ideas on what could be going on?Thanks,Billy bob

You say that you get error messages on the Duke also.. does it work, or does it also crash?Do you have the RXP Unlimited pack installed? If the Duke works, have a look at the rxpgns.ini file for both airplanes and check for differences..

Hi Bert!Yes, the error message is in the RealAir Duke. However, the Real Air Ducke aircraft works fine and FSX doesn't crash. FSX locks up and crashes after I turn them on in T210.I haven't made any changes to the files at all. This just came out of the blue after installing SP for T210. I tried reinstalling T210 no difference. By the way the T210 unistaller acutally uninstalls the Baron B58! So I had to reinstall both.I'll check the RXPGNS.INI files. Thanks,BB

I'm just doing some major system maintance for optimization for the upcomming EPIC PMDG 737NG release frenzy. I notice my FSX decicated HD is fragmented. Interestingly, alot of the fragmented have Carendo T210M in them all over the place. Looks like HD fragmentation is the culprit. Weird!! Anyway, Ultimate Defrag is on it right now Cheers,BB
