Hi everyone, While we are all helplessly waiting for August 4th I thought I'd create an airline just for it. I present to you: Lufthansa Express, an airline that is pretty much what its name stands for. Very short intervals between flights, very low costs and simplified ticketing methods. The airline will operate almost everywhere in Europe. From large cities like Frankfurt and London, to secondary destinations like Ibiza and Innsbruck.Decided to make a ticket in photoshop:Along will this fictional livery, I will also paint the regular Lufthansa livery and shortly after will do TAROM, in case you were wondering about those. :wink:Thoughts? :(

I think it sounds like a great Idea, but remember to have Permission from Lufthansa to use there logo, ect. I've seen many VA's get shutdown because people didn't get permission from there respective airlines.

That's the point. Lufthansa won't give any permission to use the Logo, especially not for free...It's a good idea, but have you ever asked yourself, why there is no Lufthansa VA ???Regards from Germany,Marcel

Do be careful with logos/tradenames/trademarks - they can and do nail people for unauthorized use.Best regards,Robin.

Well I am the the president of a Virtual charter service called Flight Unlimited and we don't have that problem, and yes we have lots of 737NG's.

It´s "Bitte bewahren Sie dieses Ticket auf" and not "Bitte bewahren Sie dieses Fahrkarte". A "Fahrkarte" it´s something you get while travelling by bus or by train but not by travelling an airplane.

What Ioan created doesn't look like a ticket/flight coupon in the first place. It looks more like a boarding pass. The translation for boarding pass would be "Bordkarte". So I'd use "Please keep this boarding pass/Bitte bewahren Sie diese Bordkarte auf". Instead of "This side in", I'd use "This side forward/Diese Seite nach vorne" or something similar. Overall a cool idea, Ioan! Looking forward to that livery.

Actually it is a ticket, This airline is technically a network of "air buses" (pun not intended).The ticketing resembles the methodology of a one-time chargeable transit ticket. It can printout yearly passes, monthly, single way, multi way, etc, between the airports of your choice or simply for the entire continent.
