New Nvidia beta driver 280.19

Featured Replies

The new driver seems to work very well with 8 series nVidia cards. Did not get a chance to measure fps but looked pretty good on my initial load of FSX. Bob

Considering I'm still using an 8800GTS, I might just have to try that then.

Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)

I loaded it up last night with my GTX 480. Lost a couple of options in the CP, most notably "Override any Application Setting" relating to AA, but performance seems unchanged if not better (placebo effect I'm sure).

I did not have a chance to try it yet but you all have to remember that's a beta driver, does not mean it's a bad driver but bugs may be possible.
