Having been busy with work for the past month I haven't had the chance to check into the forums even once to check on progress, just my luck with being taken off the 330 and put on inter-European flights in the height of the summer season, along with a medical renewal and simcheck... Phew. So after returning, expecting more of the same silence, perhaps a nice update but nothing much else, just the same old like it's been so far this year, I've been stunned to see the sheer volume of previews that are now available, in particular from the AOA crew and their new videos highlighting the PMDG 737NGX in all its glory. AND a release date set for only a few days time AND pricing set at surprisingly acceptable levels, almost too low for us here on the European side considering all the work that has gone into this project. So I would like to offer my appreciation to the whole team at PMDG from both myself and my son for all yeer work. However, as always I have a question. If I were to purchase the Base pack and the ER pack, would the pack only apply to the 900 or both the 900 and 700, even though I hadn't bought the standard 700? And one more, Will the liveries be available for download before the release of the base pack or will we have to wait till the time of base pack release [We here in Ireland don't have exceptional internet speeds ]? many have asked this question ... none of them has been answered, so I don't think they have decided yet ...

I believe I seen it where they said that in order to have any expansion, like the ERs, you must have the basepack of the aircraft installed. Bob

I've asked the same question several times without an answer, Ronan. I don't particularly want the 6700 package, but I don't think I'd want to pay $25-$30 for the ER package if I'm only going to get the -900ER either. I'm probably putting the cart before the horse here though, we don't even have the base package yet. Maybe I'll just buy them all to show my support. -johnny rodgers
