August 1, 201114 yr Is there a hidden button to set toga as in the 747 or is there an other way to set toga?Yes there is a click spot. This reminded me of an important FYI. There is an extensive introduction in the NGX documentation that should be read prior to first flight. It contains important information that will ensure you will get the maximum expereienice when you take the NGX out of the hangar for the first time. I know there will be strong urge to just hop in a take her out for a quick flight around the patch. Even for the experienced NG driver, there is information that will provide those "lightbulb" moments. The click spot is mentioned as well. George Morris

I have a feeling some of that will discuss previously non-functioning switches/knobs/buttons that are now both functional and somewhat critical at the proper phases of flight. August 1, 201114 yr Commercial Member The most important thing to remember about TOGA is that it needs both flight directors ON. Advanced : There is a pop up TOGA mode with both flight directors OFF if IAS greater than 80 knots, below 2000 feet radio altitude and no more than 150 seconds elapsed since take off. ==================================== E M V Precision Manuals Development Group ====================================
