Just installed the NGX. Started up FSX and selected the NGX 800 WL. It started to load the aircraft but stopped and asked for a "product activation code". Tried the codes that came with the purchase email, but that didn't work. Where is this code?

In your order confirmation email below the download link. Well I assume it's the licence number thats the activation code. I haven't completed the download so I don't know.

Ryan, In the email you received that had your download link in it, the code will be near the bottom. In a XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format. Should be right below your download link.

Tried that one. It said its an invalid code and to contact PMDG, then it forced closed FSX.

You might want to give it some time. All of their servers are under attack right now by a DDOS attack.

Yeah, you may be right. Its appears as if it is trying to connect for verification, then faults. I'll keep trying.OK, got it to validate. I'm good. Thanks guys.

Hello Guys, i have downloaded and installed the NGX right now, but when i load the Plane, theres no "Activation Screen" where i can put in my regestration number. When the Plane is loadet finaly i have all blackscreens, no button is working etc. etc. . under the Line "Addons" in FSX there nothing like PMDG or something. Reinstall didnt work 2. Anybody noticed the same as me ?? Please Help me :-) Thank´s !!

KoBoLT, are you using FSX in Full Screen Mode or in Windowed Mode. Try again in Windowed Mode and see if you can activate. It happened to me, I still have not been able to activate because the program tell me I can't connect, this is so frustrating... Cuco NegronSan Juan, PR

The same issue in Windowed mode. Loadet standart flight in windowed mode .... after that changed to the ngx but nothing! The only thing i was seen was a litte white only window in the middle of the screen that flashes off ... but not longer as 0.5 seconds .... still no activation window !
