Hey guys, Firstly I just want to say, wow. What an amazing product. Truly amazing! But I have found that as soon as I start entering SID/STAR and Route information everything in the cockpit stops working. The scratch pad doesn't show anything that I type in and every switch within the cockpit, although can still be manipulated, is not functional. The textures on the outside then act very strange and all I can see of the aircraft is the internals. I have re-installed and tried different liveries and still the same issue every time. Anyone else have this problem or could anyone on here lend a hand before I submit a ticket? I'm sure the boys over at PMDG are busy enough already. Thanks everyone.Kind regards,

Hey Ryan, thanks for the speedy reply. I have been through the recommended fsx.cfg settings, disabled Fcuipc auto save, reinstalled again, removed all liveries and still no luck. It happens precisely when I open the DEP/ARR page. Its not that the program freezes as such, just everything looses functionality. I can still open all 2D screens, move all switches etc, just none have any effect what so ever.

I have no idea what I did but I fixed the cockpit issue.I now am stuck with the exterior textures disappearing leaving only the skeleton, I have updated my FSX.cfg with no luck. REX 2.0 water textures are flashing black as well. I am very sorry for all the trouble but any help would be amazing. Thanks for the amazing product. Although not working 100 percent yet, it is absolutely mind blowing. Thanks guys,Regards,

No worries guys, Uninstalled NGX (removed liveries as well), ran a defrag, reboot, went through fsx.cfg making sure I had the 'HIMEMFIX = 1', ensured FSX was being run as admin, disabled anti-virus from scanning fsx root directory, disabled auto-save on fcuipc, re-install NGX, re-install liveries, reboot. Pretty much the standard advice worked a treat. Thanks guys,Kind regards,
