when i hit "shift 1" to have the main panel in 2d it appears as the photo linked to the post .No button is displayed and the gauges are not displayed!I haven't any problem with other 2d views I have tried with different config model with winglet no winglet... same issue! do you have an idea?

had the same 1 time, then i realized it was (or i think) a "panel freeze", after reloading an other liverie, all worked again as it should be

Changing the livery doesn't help in my case.

If you load up in 2d from fsx then i get this and i think everyone does, don't think it's an issue just for a split second. just fsx bugs not NGX

Gents- One thing that you must grow accustomed to with a complex FSX addon such as the NGX is that you CANNOT re-load the airplane without having loaded something else in the middle. This has been our advice to customers since we released the 400X back in 2007... What do I mean?: Lets say you select the 737-800 Winglet PMDG House LIvery and enter the simulator.. Then you decide you wish to use one of the liveries you downloaded instead... If you exit to the CHANGE AIRCRAFT menu, select a Delta 737-800 Winglet livery and re-enter the sim... You are going to wind up with a "frozen" airplane. Nothing will work and you will see an image such as the one posted at the top of this thread. Why? Well- we determined why back when FSX was still in development, unfortunately the ACES team got he boot before they got a chance to fix it. It is an "FSX'ism" Using the example above, if you wanted to change to the delta livery- we recommend the following simple advice: **Never load the same body type twice in a row** Switching between the 800 and 900 will circumvent this problem, or loading the ulralight first, THEN selecting the livery you wanted should always work out for you. Hope that helps! (PS: Yes- we mention this in the INTRODUCTION!)

in my case, i use the the ryanair livery and each time i load it directly in the "free flight" panel and never change the aircraft while fsx is in use. I've never seen this view ok! in any case i want to add this bird is amazing and it's clerarly the best ever made for FS!PS: i've just seen if i switch ckpt3d off this view is ok!

2nd PS: after if've switch off ckpt 3d and turn back it on, now the view work fine even in 3d pit!!!!

I have seen this problem too, it appears that the 2D panel can only function in anything but the VC. The first time you load the NGX the panel will always be like this however if you then go into the external view, it loads correctly and functions 100%. If you then go into the VC it will freeze at the last state before entering the VC. Only the main panel is affected by this.
