Can't open doors now via FMC...

Hi All, Just parked up at EGGD Stand 2 late at night, passengers want to go home but we can't open the doors..?! Went into the FMC to open then doors, pressed to open the Left FWD and it will not open... :/ Any Ideas.. Thanks, Tristan

Set the parking brakes/chocks.

is you battery still on with ground power and standby power switch in auto, then try

I believe there was a problem during testing with the plane holding pressurization after landing keeping the doors from opening. Look at the gauge on the overhead to see what the pressurization differential is. If it is greater than zero that is probably why. If it is holding pressurization that is another problem I don't know the answer to.

I checked that and it is at zero when I have the issue, also tested manually pressurizing cabin and figured the doors will open upto and including a 0.5 psi DP on the ground but no more. As for opening the door, when I have trouble I find turning on the bat and maybe stby power and waiting a little bit allows the doors to open. It does still seem like some pressure thing going on though.
