August 8, 201114 yr I am having a problem with the Flightsim Store regarding a duplicate charge on my credit card. I have used their ticket system to report the problem of the charge on my credit card for June 4th order. I have contacted them 3 times regarding the charge and I have yet to receive a reply of any kind. Has anyone else this type of problem with their support? If so, how did you resolve it? I am about to contact my credit card company and contest the charge if I don't hear from them soon. Thanks for your help. August 8, 201114 yr HII did have the same problem a few months again, just submit another ticket. I had to submit 2, and I think Adrian helped me out so the charge was refunded. Brent Lewis
