Changing the red test to a different colour

Featured Replies

Hi all, (SORRY THAT SHOULD BE TEXT - NOT TEST IN THE SUBJECT!!!) I find the red text sometimes difficult to read on my screen and was thinking of maybe yellow for example with the text on the top left, the info text which has altitude and speed etc in the top left corner of the screen. Is it possible at all to change the colour from red to a different colour, I have tried it with no success, or is this text hardcoded into FSX. Can this text colour be changed at all?? Many thanks in advance......

To the best of my recollection, the Upper Left info CANNOT be changed; the others can be changed (in the fsx.cfg) - and I have done so. Loyd

Hooked since FS4... now flying: FSX Acceleration on Win7/64, Core Duo E8400; GA-EP45-DS3R; GTX 460-768MB; 4G RAM; Freezer 7 Pro

.. and how did you do that?...
