August 17, 201114 yr While installing FSX using NickN's recommendations, he mentions starting the "Default Flight" to finalize the setup. Compared to the previous versions of FS that started at Meigs, is the default flight in FSX the ultralight over the islands in Washington which I found in the Free Flight area, or is it referring to a mission? Thanks. Tom
August 17, 201114 yr The first screen on loading fsx would show you an ultra light and friday harbor that should be the one. Ryzen 5 1600x - 16GB DDR4 - RTX 3050 8GB - MSI Gaming Plus
August 17, 201114 yr Yes, he is referring to the default flight. You can land the "Death Dart" at the airfield (check that all switches are off),and then save the flight as something sensible such as "My Default". You will find this useful at various times and it saves starting in the air. August 17, 201114 yr Change the kite to the 172, set it up the way you want it, then save it. The kite does not have all systems a normal plane does. Jay
