Hi I just bought gtx460 as a second card and would like to use the two identical cards in SLIdoes someone has a setting for fsx?I use the nvidia inspector and according to nick needham advice I use 8xS etc for smooth and shimmerfree pictures. also could someone explain to me if i have to do an install of nvidia surround?is this free software or do i have to order it? kind regards doeke

You'd be better posting this in the hardware forums. FSX does not support SLI so it is of no use.

Avoid SLI on FSX , it does not support it . and if you do manage to try and force it somehow you will get problems.

Really? what kind of problems? I have two GTX460 running in surround, it is already included in recent nvidia driver versions. But you need 3 monitors to get it to work and you have to use all DVI (no adaptors - VGA to DVI), if not, it will not work.

You don't run into problems, it's just not supported. All it can be used for is multiple monitors
