August 21, 201114 yr The PMDG on ground will not play the test if IRS are not aligned.In real life the GPWS will be inop if GPS is not avaiable or if another necessary input is not valid. However the level 1 test will start and says the fault. There is also a level 2 to level 6 tests. They are not simulated as far as I pushed the test button. Regards Andrea Daviero

August 28, 201114 yr I must correct my previous post, PMDG does also the level 2 test, but only if you press the button for 10 seconds. Regards Andrea Daviero
