737 NGX Advanced Tutorial Flight - Soon?

Featured Replies

I'm just curious if we can expect the second tutorial, this time going wayyyy deeper than the first and covering all the procedures from the cold and dark cockpit to shutting down the aircraft at the gate, to be released any time soon. I'm really waiting this tutorial because I feel there are many things I'm skipping when preparing my flight, and I'm afraid I'm going to miss some item that might fail during my IVAO online flight. Can you tell us how close you are to finishing it up? Weeks, a month? Thank you very much, this aircraft amazes me every time I fly it.

It would be fantastic if they were to make a video tutorial. We have so many great pilots on here maybe someone will make a video of a short flight. I think it is easier for some people to learn by seeing rather than reading, or maybe it is just me Big%20Grin.gif AOA doe some great videos on the NGX but you never see the entire process from start to finish.. Can't wait for part 2 of the tutorial though... The wife not to happy as it's costing a fortune to print the pages off LMAO.gifLMAO.gif Andy

Alexis, this is what Ryan said the other day about the second tutorial. http://forum.avsim.net/topic/345800-tutorial-ii/ "I have no idea - I'm way too busy with support right now. We did not anticipate the support load we've been under since the day of release and I've basically devoted every waking hour to that. When it calms down I'll try to write the 2nd one." - RyanSean Campbell

Everything you need to know about a cold & dark startup is in here !! http://forum.avsim.net/topic/346048-start-up-from-cold-and-dark/ I certainly would not think of such a tutorial as Advanced !!

:( I guess it's going to take a long time then... I wish some 737NG pilot would do a quick checklist for the stuff they do, without going into much detail, but I guess they don't have time for it either.
