Hi Emile, We sussed it out eventually, it was a subtle typo in the script you posted here, you must have corrected it at some point at your end and forgot about it, all is working well now, thanks again.

I typed all those lines into the LINDA editor one by one (couldn't use copy & paste) and subsequently checked it because I was aware that with all the hand-typing this could occur - I'm not the world's greatest typist. But obviously my checking wasn't thoroughly enough And yes, for FSUIPC I generated a different Lua plug-in, and not by typing each line, so that these errors did not occur in the file that I use. That's why my testing didn't pick it up when you queried. Thankfully you've found it. I'm so sorry for wasting you guys' time .

Hi Emile,Please do not be so hard on yourself, you and the LINDA team saved us so much time by doing all this research it made the job of converting it into a native VRi C++ dll very simple. Now it is all working great, thank you all so very much once again.

A setup in FSUIPC is not possible, because you need LINDa for this.Otherwise you can rewrite the LUA script to match for FSUIPC compatibility - to use LINDA would be easier... I will bring out a updated NGX module the negt days/weeks where the CDU buttons will be included.Emile would you be so kind and post or PM me a reworked and working script of the CDU buttons, please???!

Hi Russell, Günter is right : using LINDA would be easier but it can be done in FSUIPC, too. I've gone through FSUIPC myself, since though I'd love to use LINDA for this it won't work with my CDU and "functional" MCP hardware. I can help you with this, but as this is a LINDA support forum it's probably not the right place. You can PM me if you like and I will get back to you. Or alternatively : I started a thread in the PMDG NGX support forum on 12 September with an offer of help with this subject (to which no-one has yet responded, actually).
