Please help with computer spec

Featured Replies

HiI am thinking about building a computer based around the intel i5 2500 and the graphics card gtx 560 ti, and windows XP.I am working on a budget, would the sim look anything like this guys on youtube ?Any comments appreciated. Thanks

Please get Windows7 64bit if you plan to run trouble free. FSX plus addons will run out of memory when using XP. Can you give more details about your ram, cooler, hard drives, power supply? Mark.

Thanks for the replies, much appreciated. Andy, how much did you pay for your system if you don't mind me asking ?Mark I have bought nothing yet, don't know whether to build it myself or buy one already made. One final question, I will be using my 20" asus sqare monitor which only has a max resolution of 1400 x 1050. Comparing it to the video I posted on youtube, what is the cheapest spec I need to achieve a good quality.I don't really want to spend more than £700, but I will if you think I have to I will. I am going round in circles for the past 2 months and then came across this helpful website. Thanks again.Paul
