Hi I purchased chaseplane and started getting ctd everytime I loaded in the fsltl traffic injector. Never had an issue before. I have since uninstalled chaseplane p42 from the community folder but I am still getting ctd everytime. Tried with a fresh community folder only with fsltl installed using stock plane and airport but still happens. I'm assuming there is still a conflict somewhere from a chase plane file in the msfs main files. Can anyone help before I have to do a full reinstall of msfs2020 ? Thanks Paul.

Same problem as you Martin, how did you fix it ? Tried a re-install. Shift lock does nothing, the key is not programmed for anything else. Thanks for your reply Stephen.

Hi Cheryl Firstly as one of the earlier purchases of Opus just want to say thanks for all the upgrades you have put out. I just want to ask a general question about Opus and wind speeds in FSX. Am I right in thinking that if you are using a static theme in Opus, you can increase the wind speed by going into the weather programme in FSX and under user defined weather /customise, increase the wind speed on the slider ? Are the 2 linked together ? Finally do you know if it is possible to increase the maximum wind speed of 36 knots by editing the cfg. somewhere ? I am trying to replicate some more difficult cross wind landings. Many thanks Paul

Ok Sidh, I know this is not an exact like for like but at Chicago using your settings of 71 and 47 at active runway in my PMDG 737 I am getting 14 FPS with my i5 at 4.5 Ghz and 560 ti.

Try setting frame limiter to unlimited in game. I had mine set to 30 FPS but setting in to unlimited gave me another 5 FPS. Don't ask me why.

Maybe but if I had all my sliders right and other options I could get mine down to 15 FPS no problem.

I upgraded from a 560ti to a 680 FTW+ and saw no increase in FPS so returned it. FPS is mainly dependent on CPU speed, increases in FPS for GPU are based on things like clouds. You should be able to overclock that CPU some more. Plenty advice here on this forum.

No idea how it happened, when I zoomed out the ground textures became sharp again. I did delete the camera cfg and let FSX build a new one but the problem was still there. Thank god for seagate disc image, reinstalled a previous image and now its fine again. Its been said many times on this forum but a disc image programme saves you so much hassle..........

For some reason, don't ask me how or why......, the zoom level on all cameras have gone haywire causing all outside ground terxtures to look blurry. Can anyone please tell me how you can reset them back to default ? Thanks Paul

Yes I agree, do you have yours setup so you can feel the vibrations at all times when you are flying even when you don't use the speed rakes ? I can't make my mind up..........

Just received this today, good bit of kit, would anyone else mind sharing their settings ? I am finding it a bit difficult to set up so you just feel it when you activate speed brakes or gear down. Thanks Paul

I understand you cannot have ORBX England lighting activated at the same time as UTX lighting. Is this correct ? If so is there a solution to have both activated as i like to fly cross channel flights from Europe into England at night . Thanks

Condolences to Paul, I am sure a lot of us here have lost a member of our family and relate to what Paul is going through. I am not taking sides here but I don't think Srdan is claiming that his guide is all his own work. In it if i remember he does thank others who have contributed and I got the impression he was just combining a lot of peoples work into one guide. Yes he might of come across as being a bit sharp to some people but it cannot be easy being a moderator here. Shame he has been banned, I for one will miss his input.

I bought a 680 FTW+ 4Gb as a replacement for my 560ti, saw no difference in FPS on the ground, the only difference was flying through dense clouds, was able to run 4x SGSS as opposed to 2XSGSS but couldn't see any real difference in visual quality. i could not justify the £450 price so I returned it. But the difference in X-plane 64 bit was around 300% in FPS. Just my twopence worth. Paul
