Tested 3 years ago.... REAL_WORLD_SHIPS_AND_FERRIES=256 with AUTOGEN_DENSITY=50 ....bad FPS.

Didn't FS2000 have cloud shadows? If I remember correctly they were rendered with the ground textures so they weren't "true" shadows.IMO MS would be missing the ball if they didn't have cloud shadows in Flight.
