September 23, 201114 yr Hi there - EDIT: Validated now - but would still like to be able to access support for the future :) Would just like to say here that this is for the mods/staff to read as I cannot get in contact any other way: Have bought products previously and have had no problem - Now i'm trying to activate the 747x and having no joy - Tried getting in contact via the support site and it said it didn't recognise my email address (despite me having a working commerce account) Can anyone help me sort this out? Chris

September 23, 201114 yr Hello Chris --- well, I am in the same boat as you, and I am sure, others too.For some reason, it has become difficult to communicate with PMDG on simple administrative business issues. I have finally sent a support ticket in with my basic need for some help on a password issue and have not heard back yet. Using AVSIM is fine, a good site, but when I need to commicate with PMDG on a PMDG issue, that is what I need -- I don't want to get lost in AVSIM. Maybe I am overcomplicating this, but it seems that way. If we, as loyal customers, need to send a simple question to PMDG, that should not be difficult or protracted. As ardent simmers, we are lost in a sea of usernames and passwords. Sorry for the rant, but to let you know you are not alone I sure hope PMDG sets me straight here and all this goes away. Cheers --- Bob Bob Magill
September 23, 201114 yr I think they may still be busy with after-sale NGX support. Or maybe they are spending time with friends and family for a wile after working 18-20 hours a day on the NGX. Give them a break and be patient. I'm sure they haven't dropped off the face of the planet. Kenny Lee"Keep climbing"

Hello Kenny --- yes, I can imagine their "state of mind" right now -----And there is still much to be finished up on the NGX but the good part is how nice it will be when it all plays right!!!So we are being patient with understanding. And stay cool out there around KPHX. Used to spend a bunch of time out in that area when I was still a working guy --- and I remember those summers when the streets were still hot at 2 AM !!!
