Hi all, When I switch from full screen to windowed mode my graphics are messed up.(image) Switching back to full screen solves the problem. No CTD, freezes or OOM messages. Does anybody know what causes this?

I had a similar problem before todays hotfix. Now I'm switching back and forth without problem. Have you applied it? My temporary work around was to hit control-alt-delete, let the windows screen come up, but then hit cancel (dont bring up task manager) and my graphics would normally snap back to normal. Might be worth a shot.

Hi chris, I have applied todays hotfix. Problem still occurs. But your solution is working perfect. Thank you very much,

We have ZERO control over stuff like this - it's the driver, FSX, and GDI+ that cause the problems. Nothing at all in the hotfix was a "fix" for task switching or windowed to full and back modes... that's pure cooincidence if you're seeing it better after HF4.

Thanks Ryan, Twas a coincidence. It didnt' last long! And yes, its a FS and Nvidia thing. I get it with most complex add ons, not just NGX.Overall since the hotfix, it seems like some micro stutters have smoothed and I'm getting fewer blurry ground textures, though! Is that all in my head too?

I noticed fewer blurry ground texture for sure!
