Not the only one... Count me in as well. Please stop these nonsense topics. Sit down, enjoy the 737 and relax.....
  5. Wow.... Bought it, tried it.. Amazing.. Weather is accurate to the millibar!
  6. Just "tested" it. No light animation overhere.
  7. C'mon guys. VC or 2d. It's a matter of taste. Nothing to argue about that. Further, it all depends on what PMDG puts in the market. If it's only VC, get over it. If you think your PC doesn't meet the specs or you don't like it. Just don't buy it. Try another sim. Would you ask landrover to build a 2x2 version only because you don't like the 4x4 or can't afford the gas that goes in it ???
  8. Just a shot in the dark since there is not much info to work with. Did you try the uiautomationcore.dll fix ?
  9. it's not that difficult. Start here There's a handy search function on this forum. You can find it here

  11. Hi frans, This happens on taxiway C, near W3-W5. This is a known issue. I only expericence this when the plane gets off the taxiway. In this post a possible solution for this problem. (move scenery up in libary)
  12. Hi Frans, A question, Does this happen on Schiphol with the aerosoft scenery ?
  13. Try to PM the OP. I'am not sure PMDG is encouraging to alter the aircraft.cfg. I can imagine that it is a lot more complicated than just multiply the max fuel load. Make sure you have a backup of the original CFG.
  14. Hi, This guy did.. http://forum.avsim.net/topic/372596-possible-side-effects-of-increasing-fuel-tank-capacity/
  15. Thanks Bogdan, will give it a try. Hello Peter, Position misplacement. You are right! Thats what i meant but did not write.. This was on SPJJ, A small, dirt airport. Part of the IVAO dangerous world tour. If I understand correctly this is a common problem with small airport? As far I can see there is no FSX AFCAD for this airport, next time it occurs I will try to search for it. Thanks for your help . Appreciate your offer!
  16. Hello, Today I started a flight on SPJJ. Although the plane is aligned with the runway the ND shows an offset. does anybody know how to solve this ?
  17. Hi Steve, The 737ngx is a very sophisticated, close to the real thing, simulation. I don't even know ctrl-E is working with this aircraft. I kindly suggest you follow the two tutorials that came along with the package. It will clear things up. Expect a steep learning curve. good luck!! ps. The sound you hear during the initialisation is normal.
  18. Hi rushad, Found this on the aivlasoft support site. Unfortunately no further info over there. I'm using flightsim commander to use both formats.
  19. The program found here installs the correct procedures into the FMC/navdata.
  20. Hello, First of all a huge thank you Mariano for all your effort. Love to fly around here. But I'm a bit puzzled. For example. I want to fly from PAPG. The only SID I can find is the ZARUT ONE http://www.airnav.com/airport/PApg This SID is not listed in the FMC. there is a GORBY2, NARRO1, EO05, EO23. I can not find any charts with these SID's on it. Can anybody relief me from the mist in my head ?
  21. What if you want to fly the holding. How do you set it up correctly in the FMC ? Is it 345/L ?
  22. A standard google search will do the the trick most of the time. Example: Brussels or Amsterdam . Further, local IVAO or VATSIM divisions provide links to AIP's. An video tutorial to read the plates.
  23. What some people seem to forget is that MSFS basicly is a game. Designed just for fun. With superb add ons, like PMDG's, the realism level skyrocketed and ads a steep learning curve. For myself, I learned to fly around in MSFS since verion 2.0. Had to go physically to the bookstore to buy a book about it. Back in those days there was no internet (for home users), so i learned it the hard way. Hours and hours of trial an error in the cessna at Chicago Meigs airfield. Todays generation is used to internet, if they have an question, they are used to get an answer right away. No need to figger it out themselves, but "look it up on the internet". Thats today's generation. There is nothing you can do about that. I have a son, 13 years old. He is eager to learn to fly with FSX. Very commited. But i'm glad i be around to answer his questions. English is not his native language, he is a beginner and well capable to ask "stupid questions". This and other fora is a hostile environment for him. There are always people around here waiting to burn down somebody who ask -in their eyes- a stupid question. They come with quotes like RTFM. Instead of that, why not point them out in the right direction? If asked before, provide them with a link to the topic instead of: "use the search function". Stop flaming because of misspelling or gramatical errors. There are lots of young people around here who's native language is not English. But they are trying! Ask yourself, How would you want to be treated? Please stop criticism, sarcasm and cynicism. Remember, its a hobby. For everyone around here. Just my two cents.
