Concorde X and textue max load

Featured Replies

Hi, In the NGX documentation it mentions the TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD should be set to 4096 for the NGX, but when I try to use Concorde X it complains and asks me to reset it to the dafault value (2,000 and something). Will I need to stop being lazy and change this every time I want to change aircraft or is there another way? Thanks,William Wilson

Don't change it. It's fine at 4096. It's checking to see if you're value is below 2048. I doubt you'd notice much difference at 1024, too.
You can use the Texture Max Load Editor. It is a simple tool which alows you to change the Texutre Max Load quiet fast.Downloadable here
No need to do that, in this case.

Setting it to 4096 just allows the use of 4096 textures. If another addon is using 1024 or 2048 that's fine, having it set to 4096 won't affect them.
