October 16, 201114 yr DDR3 1600 is the standard I'd say. Try for that if you can. For the monitor, and LED monitor is fine really. I run 1920x1080 but just with a plain jane dvi cable. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

Can u tell what ATC add-on this is ? I mean it sounds like liveATC.com on one side and then some kid interacting with it.
October 17, 201114 yr Yeah sounds like liveatc.net edited in to the video. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
October 18, 201114 yr Yeah sounds like liveatc.net edited in to the video.Really? Are u sure theres no add-on that makes ATC sound realistic and interacts with you like that? I searched around a while ago and saw voxatc and radar contact but those dont seem to change audio of ATC. Do you use any ATC add-ons or anything like rex?
October 18, 201114 yr No I just use vatsim or pilot edge. I use FEX which came out before REX. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
October 19, 201114 yr Im dying to try out online flying but my shitttty computer crashes at least once evry 15-20 minutes and I know that would get frustrating for me and the others, as well as ATC. I found out that video is using the sound of a real airbus cockpit landing. I knew that sounded a bit too good for FSX add ons, but what camera add-on is he using to get that angle right up against the window? And in the san fransisco vid of his he is in virtual cockpit and the camera is moving way better than the default camera could ever do, is that the track thing that u have to wear on your head? It looks laft and right and straffe's right while doing it and then he looks up at the ovhd and its not completly sideways like default VC cam. Peace
October 20, 201114 yr No I just use vatsim or pilot edge. I use FEX which came out before REX.Hey Ryan, is there a way I can link u to a newegg wishlist I made and u can suggest what power supply I need?
October 21, 201114 yr Any Seasonic or Corsair TXv2 or AX series is good. 750w is what I'd aim for: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151087&Tpk=seasonic%20x750 It's a lot cheaper than when I bought it early this year. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

October 22, 201114 yr Most famous is probably this one:http://www.clunk.org...-beginners.html http://www.overclock...guide-p67a.html http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1578110 These are for the P67 motherboard but it's essentially the same thing with Z68's. I'd recommend setting up your system, install drivers, all the stuff you normally would, let it run stable for a few days, then start the OCing. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
