Strange thing; I installed HF4 - no other change - and FSX is not starting anymore.Win7 64, FSX SP1,SP2. Does someone have any advice? ThanksPeter Meinel

Thanks for the quick answer. I have already deinstalled the NGX (HF4) and installed the older version and FSX is starting again. Now I am a bit nervous to try it again because I do not know how often I can make a new install of the NGX. Did you have to approve anything when starting FSX after HF4? ThanksPeter

If you do hit the activation limit all it takes is a support ticket to get it reset.

I don´t have the NGX yet. Waiting for the SP1.No but I have The Ezca and when I upgraded that, I couldn´t start FSX. It was at the welcome screen the whole time.Then I saw in taskbar, that I had to approve to run it by aggreing and then FSX started.Maybe you should install the Hotfix by Adm right...../ Leffe

I do everything with admin rights on fsx and UAC is turned off. But still the question did anyone have to approve something when starting fsx after HF4? ThanksPeter

Don´t know since I don´t have the NGX yet as I said. But it dosen´t hurting have a look in the taskbarcause as I said I couldn´t start FSX after an install of an upgrade of Ezca/ Leffe

Thanks Leffe. This time there approval buttons for the dlls shown and FSX started. Regards from EDDMPeter
