October 16, 201114 yr Author huh, I restarted FSX and it didn't come up, what triggered this?My startup plane wasn't a PMDG, so I'm clueless
October 19, 201114 yr This does not have to be necessary this DLL - I believe FSX shouts about the first DLL in dll.xml file, but may be wrong. I have seen this few times (but different DLL) after FSX crash/restart. Just click 'Yes', You should be fine Bartłomiej Ender
