Even if he was wrong and even admitted he was wrong and even posted that the situation was resolved to everyone's satisfaction and even the company admitted that things could be improved?

A2A has already stated the OP is 100% correct in their post. Everyone in this thread telling the OP how they're wrong needs to read the A2A post again... and then again... and then realize... only A2A gets to complain about their customer. AVSIM has lost it's respectful tone... people want to 'dog pile' on someone for their post. It's just wrong.
